We do not have a physical store as we are an online shopping website, however we offer delivery of your selected products to your doorstep.
When you checkout as a guest, we create an account for you with a temporary password. If you want to use the same email address, go to Login link at the top right of the page and click on “Forgot your Password?”. A password reset email will be sent to you so you can set a password of your choice and continue to use the same email address for your account

We do not support bulk ordering. The reason is that customs authorities require additional paperwork for bulk shipments. We would love for you to order anything you like for yourself but we might have to block an order if we think you're ordering to resell.
We do not encourage returning purchased items as they result in addition delivery fees paid by the customer, but if you wish to return a product, please refer to the return policy for further details on return conditions and procedures.
Currently there are no product exchanges. Only returns and order cancellations can be performed.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer cash back or Credit Card/PayPal refunds. However we offer refunds in the form of store credit. This means if you are not satisfied with the product you received you may return it based on the return policy conditions and we will issue you a store credit for the value of the item that you are returning.
For example, if you paid USD 100 for an item, we’ll give you store credit for USD 100 after you’ve returned the item to us. Please note that the delivery costs of shipment are not refundable.
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so within 24 hours of order placement time. After exceeding this period or if your order has already been dispatched, order cancellation cannot be performed.

Our preferred payment method is via a secure credit card transaction. Your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees.
We are proud to offer PayPal as a method of payment! All you have to do is select PayPal as a payment method (after filling in your customer information) and proceed to 'Buy now.' You will be redirected to your PayPal account where all your debit or credit card details and address will be displayed, as well as your desired purchase. When you click "Pay Now" the amount will be sent to Lakcom. If you do not click "Pay Now" within 30 minutes, your order will be cancelled

Did you complete the 3D Secure Check successfully?
In order to avail of 3D Secure authentication, you must register your credit/debit card. This is a one-time process which takes place on the card issuer’s (Bank) website. The process involves the cardholder answering several security questions to which only the card issuer and cardholder will know the answer. The cardholder then selects a password and/or a secret question, which will be used by the card issuer during each online transaction. Contact your bank If you are facing any problems with 3D secure.
Were the following fields entered correctly – card number, name on card, CVV code, expiry date?
Turn your card over and look at the signature box. You should see a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your CVV number / Card Security Code.
Is there sufficient limit on your credit card?
If the above conditions are met, call your bank to check if your credit card is eligible for online purchases or if there is any other reason blocking it.
We deliver everywhere our courier partners offer to deliver. All you need to do is select your country and provide a detailed shipment address and receive your purchase at the comfort of your home.
Our Delivery partner Aramex will contact you once your shipment arrives in the nearest delivery hub to your address.
Once your shipment is received at these locations, they will need to contact you to confirm your preferred delivery location and scheduling time.
There are two ways to do this
You should also receive an SMS through the My Address concerning a unique pin code. When you enter this on the My Address site you will be able to choose your preferred address and scheduling time.
If you are unable to complete My Address. Aramex will call you directly to confirm your scheduling information. Should you not receive a call or My Address SMS, you can call Aramex directly.
If you do not complete My Address or confirm your address by phone, Aramex will not be able to deliver your shipment and we may not be able to keep our delivery promise. So please do make sure to be available on the phone you provided at checkout.
When your order is shipped you will receive an SMS and an Email with your shipment details. These messages will contain your Airway Bill Number (AWB) which will be a string of numbers e.g. 3992789952. This shipment number can be used to track your shipment across Aramex.
You can use this number to track your shipment in the following ways:
SMS your AWB to 097272639 (Kuwait only)
Visit www.aramex.com and enter your AWB in the box. You can use this method to track multiple shipments as well.
Call the Aramex call centre of your location and quote your AWB.

At Lakcom, we always take extra care in packaging your items. However, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately using the contact information at the bottom of the page.
Please contact us to notify of your correct or changed address. Also note that Aramex will call you prior to delivery and you will have a chance to confirm your shipping address to them or change it at that time.
One convenient way to schedule delivery is using Aramex's MyAddress service. You should receive a unique pin via SMS from Aramex once your order is ready to be shipped. Once this is received, please go to the following location and enter your pin to schedule your preferred delivery time:
Don’t worry if you are unable to schedule using my address. In this case, Aramex will directly call you to schedule your delivery. If you don’t receive a call from Aramex, please contact their call center as soon as possible to avoid any delays. You can also visit your nearest Aramex branch.
You can think of the store credit as balance you can spend on future purchases on Lakcom. Anytime you return something, we will add the price you paid in your store credit. You can use it to purchase anything you like on lakcom.com.
Please check if you’re logged into your account on Lakcom. If you don’t remember your password, click on ‘Forgot my password’ and we will be happy to send you a new password. If you’re logged in, any balance from your store credit will be automatically applied to your cart value. You will have the option not to use your Lakcom credit if you want to save it for later.
No, your store credit will never expire. You can come back and shop at Lakcom whenever you want and conveniently use your store credit.
Once you log into your account, you can go to “store Credit”. You will see your points balance and transaction history there.
